The Little Dessert Shop chain first opened in 2015, starting down in England but recently opened a store located in Glasgow's Dennistoun. Heading into the colder months who doesn’t love a hot chocolate? Right.  Hotel Chocolat can be described as an upmarket chocolatier chain consisting of cafes, outlets, factory stores and restaurants. They even have a hotel in St Lucia.  The company began in 1993 solely online and by 2004 they had opened the doors of their first shops. Ethics are also at the heart of Hotel Chocolat meaning that their cacao beans are bought at higher than market price to support the farmers.
